Verification of critical dimensions such as flatness, squareness , concentric and actual positions are difficult to measure with conventional measuring methods. Using our latest portable 3D and CMM scanning systems, we can capture data from a wide range of applications, including plastic parts from small switchgear, gas turbine blades, components and fasteners for cars and aircraft, among others. If necessary, we offer 3D/2D Inspection services on site or under our own management as external inspection solutions to reduce the total production costs and improve the transit of the inspection.

The use of 3D scanning for inspection gives the user the possibility to understand the shape of an object much better than with traditional survey methods. It is therefore particularly useful for the inspection and verification of more organic forms in free form. Inspection reports for color charts indicate exactly where surfaces are deformed, have excess material or are dimensionally incorrect.


We have an advanced 3D scanning system. In the case of conventional methods, inspection of the free form surface / profile is annoying or impossible. For these components, the digitization and comparison of the CAD with the digitization of the data is a valid solution.
